The famous supermodel Cindy Crawford and her long-time husband Rande Gerber have been residents of Malibu for a long time. However, this particular house was not one they lived in, but instead, an investment property that turned out to make them a significant loss.
In 2015, Crawford paid $50.5 million for this 5,254 square-foot beach compound that sits on three acres of land overlooking the breathtaking beaches of Malibu. It was already a masterpiece with glass doors and whatnot. Yet, Crawford renovated and added more features, hoping to sell at $60 million, but unfortunately, only got $45 million. They also sold a Beverly Hills home for $13.5 million in 2021.
