Turning Dreams into Reality
Edward Christopher Sheeran was born in February of 1991 in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Sheeran began refining his musical skills by entering a church choir at the young age of four and began writing songs in high school.
He was known as ‘talented, and a natural performer,’ and his classmates voted him ‘most likely to be famous’. The English singer began professionally recording music in 2004 and released his first collection called Spinning Man. He continued on to the path of success by releasing song after song, which soon began catching the attention of worldwide audiences. While his fame reached new heights, Sheeran continued to stay loyal to his roots which were often observed in his dressing style.

Meeting the Love of His Life
Let’s get to the juicier tidbits now – Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn go way back. They were close childhood friends but chose different paths which led to them losing touch. However, they say that if something is destined to happen, it WILL happen. Obviously, Sheeran and Seaborn’s union was written in the stars.
In the interview with Dax Shepard, the artist revealed that Seaborn had gotten a scholarship to Duke University and he had gone on a tour. Years later, as fate would have it, the duo reunited in New York. Sheeran and Seaborn’s mutual friend Lauren informed the singer that Cherry was in town and that’s when they decided to meet.
The rest, as they say, is history.
