During his high school days, Ben Simmons played at Montverde Academy, where he was declared Mr. Basketball USA and first-team Parade All-American, among others, in 2015. Since then, the Aussie point guard and forward has accumulated a fortune of $6 million from playing his favorite sport.
During the 76ers’ 2016 NBA draft, Simmons was chosen with the first overall pick. He was then named 2018’s NBA Rookie of the Year, even after not playing for a year because of his injured right foot. The professional basketball player was recognized as an NBA All-Star in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
