Thuy Trang, Died At Age 27, 1973-2001
On September 3, 2001, all Thuy Trang wanted to do was be with the girls (the retinue of actress Angela Rockwood’s wedding). However, little did she know that it would be her last day on earth. While on Interstate 5, the car she was traveling in crashed, causing her death while being airlifted to the hospital.
It’s sad because her family underwent so much trouble to find refuge in the United States. Best known for playing Trini Kwan in “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,” Trang was a young and rising actress with only four credits at the time of her passing. She could’ve made many more contributions to showbiz had she survived.
