Jane Lapotaire As Granny – 76 Years Old

Jane Lapotaire schooled at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and later joined the Bristol Old Vic theatre company after graduating. In 1967, She joined the National Theatre and was a founding member of The Young Vic Theatre in 1970. She moved to the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1974.
Lapotaire got famous for her title role in “Marie Curie” and got awarded the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play that year after she acted as Edith Piaf in “Piaf”. In the 2020 romantic thriller film, “Rebecca,” Lapotaire played the role of Granny.
