Eagle Pose – Garudasana
Prepare for takeoff with “Garudasana,” the Eagle Pose, a yoga posture symbolizing the mighty eagle in flight. Start this standing balance pose in Mountain Pose or “Tadasana.” Shift the weight to the left foot and bend the knees slightly.
