Cow Face Pose – Gomukhasana
Be as content as a serene cow with “Gomukhasana,” the Cow Face Pose. Start seated, slide one knee over the other at midline, feet by the sides. Reach one arm up and bend it behind the head; extend the other arm down and bend it up the back. Grasp the fingers together if you can.
“Gomukhasana” is a silent dialogue with one’s body, as with every twist and bend, it invites you to a deeper understanding of limitations and strengths.
