Warrior III – Virabhadrasana III

Just when you thought the warrior poses were done, here comes “Virabhadrasana” III, or Warrior III, a pose which manifests power and poise. Begin in Mountain Pose, step the right foot forward, extend the arms overhead, and slowly tip the torso forward. As you lean, lift your left foot off the floor until the body is parallel to the ground, creating a T-shape.
