Although Gabby Logan admitted in an early 2021 interview that she is petrified of aging, the former rhythmic gymnast, by all accounts, has nothing to worry about as she has been blessed with terrific genes and gorgeous looks. In late 2021, she took to the stage as a co-host at the Newcastle United Foundation dinner to celebrate the lives of inspirational sportsmen and women.
To keep herself in shape, Logan exercises five days a week, incorporating yoga, bike rides, and circuit training in her regimen. The TV presenter is married to former Scotland rugby player Kenny Logan and the two are parents to their 15-year-old twins.
