“Dune” is a classic piece of literature published in 1965 by American author Frank Herbert. In 2003, it was lauded as the bestselling science fiction novel, and in 2021, it was released as a full-length movie with an ensemble cast including Dave Bautista, Jason Momoa, Zendaya, and Stellan Skarsgård.
Such an iconic work of fiction deserves to be given the full-on designer treatment. This was the case for the novel’s hardcover edition, which received special attention from Alex Trochut. He made sure the back cover stood out with a design that, no matter how you look at it, can always be read as the book’s title.
