‘80 Celebs Then And Now: You Won’t Recognize Some Of These Stars Today!
Glenn Close – Fatal Attraction
If anyone can rival Meryl Streep’s immense talent and achievements, it’s probably Glenn Close. She’s been giving us one unforgettable performance after another since the ’70s. Among her most renowned ones is as scorned lover Alex Forrest in the 1987 film “Fatal Attraction.”
Close ended the ’80s with five Oscar nominations. That number increased to eight in 2021 when she received another nod, this time for her supporting role in the film “Hillbilly Elegy.” While an Oscar remains elusive, she’s been recognized by other award-winning bodies, including the Emmys and the Golden Globes.
