Back in the ’60s, British singer Sandie Shaw dominated radio stations with hits like”Puppet on a String,” “Always Something There to Remind Me, and “Long Live Love.” She is also famous for winning the Eurovision contest in 1967 with “Puppet on a String,” making her a superstar.
Because of this, she was able to amass a sizable fortune, which, unfortunately, was blown through the roof by her ex-husband, Jeff Banks, leaving her and her child without money. However, in November 2020, Shaw admitted that she had become happy again and that she had already forgiven her former lover.
