Pia Zadora started her career on Broadway as a child actress and later moved on to films. She hasn’t starred in many movies, but her 1982 film, “Butterfly,” won her first Raspberry Award for ‘Worst Actress and then the same award the following year.
She was the first actress to win back-to-back Razzies and has won three awards for the worst new star, worst actress, and worst new star of the decade. That is enough to break anyone’s spirit, but Zadora has also won a Golden Globe, and she remembers it as the best and worst day of her life. She remembers the “quiet shock” that fell across the room when her name was announced.
