Michael Phelps is one of the world’s most decorated Olympic swimmers, with 28 medals to his name. Although he has since retired from professional sports, he is certainly not done with living an opulent life. In 2018, he put up his Mediterranean-style residence in the posh neighborhood of Paradise Valley on the market at $4.125 million.
Later that same year, in November, Phelps was finally able to close a deal at $3.5 million. The former Olympic athlete had purchased the home just two years previously for $2.5 million, making the sale a financial win. Since his retirement, the Baltimore native is now focusing on family life.
