Steven Spielberg – Pantophobia
In a 2001 interview with CNN, Steven Spielberg revealed that growing up, he was afraid of pretty much everything. From, small spaces to insects and even the tree outside his bedroom window, the “E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial” director was quite the scaredy-cat during his younger years.
As a filmmaker, however, Spielberg channeled his inner phobias to direct and produce horror sequences in big-screen masterpieces like “Poltergeist”, “Jaws”, “E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial” and “Something Evil.” In the Summer of 2021, Spielberg’s film and TV production company Amblin Partners teamed up with Netflix to jointly produce several films in the following years.
