Winona Ryder – Aquaphobia
Since the age of 12, Winona Ryder has been afraid of water due to a lake incident in 1983. This meant that when filming an underwater scene for “Alien: Resurrection”, she had to seek professional therapy to overcome her debilitating fear.
During the ’80s, Ryder was an icon in the film business who managed to amass a cult following of gen X audiences that have never gone away. Since 2012, Ryder has worked on only a handful of projects, which included “Stranger Things”. The much-awaited trailer for the fourth season of “Stranger Things” was released in September 2021.
