Tim McGraw was messing around when he asked his girlfriend of two years, Faith Hill, to marry him before he went up on stage for a performance. While the It’s Your Love singer was confident he wanted to settle down someday with the songstress, he thought it was too soon for them, considering that the star had just been through a nasty divorce.
After McGraw’s performance, he was met with a note in his trailer bus that read, “Yes, I will be your wife.” The couple has since made hits, had some babies and toured the world together. If that isn’t the perfect love story, we don’t know what is!
