Joel McHale – Rowing & Football
Joel McHale is an actor, comedian, producer, presenter, and writer who has worked on a variety of projects. McHale is best known for hosting E!’s “The Soup” and portraying Jeff Winger in the sitcom “Community.” He has also starred in a number of television shows, including “The Great Indoors,” “Card Sharks,” and “Stargirl,” which premiered in 2020.
McHale was recruited to be a rower by the University of Washington, but he quit the team. However, he didn’t quit sports. Later, he stepped into football and was a part of the team in 1991 when the national championship was won by the Huskies.
