Avril Lavigne – Skating
Avril Lavigne was a skater girl long before she sang “Sk8r Boi.” She began skating shortly after learning to walk, and by the age of ten, she was already participating in a boys’ hockey league in her hometown of Napanee, Ontario. She went on to represent her High School on the girls’ baseball and hockey teams.
However, after signing a recording contract at the age of 16, she traded the skates for a mic, and by the age of 17, she had released her debut album, “Let Go,” and had made her mark in the industry. In February 2022, Lavigne released “Love Sux,” her seventh studio album.
