Channing got a scholarship to play football at Glenville State College in West Virginia after he was named most athletic at Tampa Catholic High School, where he played football and ran track.
However, he only played for a short time before following his desired path to begin the exotic dancing work that would later become the source of the film “Magic Mike.” “The Hateful Eight,” “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra,” “Foxcatcher,” and “The Lost City,” a 2022 adventure thriller, are among his other cinematic credits.
