From his beginnings with the duo Playaz Circle to a spell with Ludacris’ Disturbing the Peace team to his current prominence as one of the biggest rappers in the industry, 2 Chainz has had many lives in the entertainment industry. But little did we know, 2 Chainz used to be a basketball player before all of this.
During his time at the North Clayton High School in College Park, Georgia, he was a Division I basketball recruit. According to ESPN, the “No Lie” crooner ended up playing one season at Alabama State University, appearing in 24 of 29 games. In February 2022, he released his seventh studio album, “Dope Don’t Sell Itself.”
