Kate Middleton is a natural sportswoman who has been athletic since she was a child, from her days with the St Andrew’s school field hockey team to deftly racing boats with Prince William.
She was said to have participated in a variety of sports activities such as cross-country running, tennis, swimming, and field hockey. Middleton’s first love, however, was hockey, and she is obviously pretty good at it, having led her Marlborough College team as a schoolgirl. She showed off her excellent movements at England’s Olympic team practice ahead of the 2012 London Olympics.
