It was the beginning of a long lasting love story as both singers are from New York and originally from Puerto Rico. Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez met in 1998 and have worked together on many diverse projects. In 2004, after her breakup with Ben Affleck, Jennifer started dating Marc and after six months of dating, they got married at Jennifer’s Beverly Hills home.
The marriage also resulted in twins and shared songs like “El Cantante”. But in 2014 the marriage ended. It is not known how much money one or the other partner received, but both are certain that the divorce was a good decision.
