But while she was riding high on success, she had underlying weight issues. This was due to thyroid issues, which caused her weight to balloon. She struggled with her weight until she discovered a book called The Plant Paradox. This helped her to cook healthier and drop 37 pounds. Clarkson also has a plan for a new album in 2021.

Kirstie Alley was one of the most talented and beautiful actresses of the ’80s and ’90s, starring in popular films like Look Who’s Talking, It Takes Two, and Drops Dead Gorgeous. She also had a popular show sitcom called Veronica Closet, but she was always struggling with her weight throughout her success.

Then she suffered what she called a hormonal change, which saw her weight skyrocketed to 200-pounds. She started following the Jenny Craig diet, eating a calorie-controlled diet, and also exercising. She lost 50-pounds. In 2020 she starred in a film called You Can’t Take My Daughter, and in 2021, she appeared on Tucker Carlson Today.
