She finally found a buyer who shelled out $2.88 million in the following year. Unfortunately, the “Vanilla Sky” star incurred a loss after because the sale price was over $800k less than her asking.
The celebrity house boasts a private yard, bamboo floors, French doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows that give the interior an airy and bright vibe. Fortunately, Cruz may have made up for that loss with her numerous projects like “Official Competition,” “Parallel Mothers,” and “Wasp Network.”
Whoopi Goldberg – $9.595 Million, Pacific Palisades
Whoopi Goldberg, who voiced ‘Guinan’ in the 2022 episodes of “Star Trek: Picard,” is not the first celebrity to make her home in this pedigreed estate in the Pacific Palisades. The house was initially built in 1933 for the Austrian author Vicki Baum.
Later on, the 7,000-square-foot home was owned by David Niven, the Oscar-winning actor in “The Pink Panther.” However, since 1993, Goldberg spent a blissful 26 years enjoying the home’s checkered floors, stone fireplaces, and detached guesthouse before selling it in 2019.
