Known for his portrayal of Chandler Bing in the sitcom, Perry managed to make a fortune of $120 million. According to Los Angeles Times, Perry paid around $8.5 million for the three-bedroom four-and-a-half-bathroom house and made renovations like adding more fire features and a light-reflecting pool.
While the modifications must’ve cost him a few hundred thousand bucks, we’re pretty sure he made a profit when he sold it for $12.5 million. Perry’s recent engagement to Molly Hurwitz made fans ecstatic although, it was short-lived as the engagement was called off.
