Boys being boys, there’s always something to do with frogs, snails, dogs, and all sorts of other bugs. Not that it’s all delinquency and machismo, boys can create some amazing things, like an ant farm. It’s simple to do, too: all you need is jars with lids you can poke holes into, some dirt, and some honey to lure ants into the jar.
Or you can be like this subject, who was able to subtly pick up 44 ants to start a colony with. He used dirt and put it under his bed. He made no mention of jars or any other form of containment, though.
