Can You Slide It In And Pack It Up?

Like those Matryoshka dolls made famous in Russia, this house diminishes in size from left to right. Unlike the Matryoshka dolls though, you cannot pack this house into itself and carry it away when you’re done with it. You can however use it as a venue for a tea party with your dolls.

The first Matryoshka dolls were made in 1890 by Russian woodcarver Vasily Zvyozdochkin. Traditionally, the biggest doll is a woman, while that inside can be of any gender. The last and smallest one is usually a baby. They are also themed around anything from fairytale characters to historical figures.
