Kim Hyo-joo, also known as Hyo Joo Kim, is a golfing sensation from South Korea. Her stunning performances and elegant presence on the course have made headlines. Her golf journey began unexpectedly at seven, originally en route to a taekwondo academy, but the golf club caught her heart.
Making a splash in her first major appearance, Kim shattered records at the 2014 Evian Championship with a first-round 61, the lowest 18-hole score in a major’s history. By 2015, she was a proud member of the LPGA Tour, and in 2023, she celebrated her sixth LPGA Tour win at The Ascendant LPGA, alongside eight Top 10 finishes that year.
