Iconic 90s Cartoons That Modern Animations Can Never Live Up To!
Garfield and Friends – 1988

Based on Jim Davis’s iconic comic strip, “Garfield and Friends” made its television debut on CBS, becoming a Sunday morning classic. Although it started in 1988, the show hit its stride in the 1990s. Staying true to the comic’s spirit, the series introduced beloved characters like the lasagna-loving Garfield, mischievous Odie, pesky Nermal, and the human gang consisting of John Arbuckle and more.
With seven seasons airing from 1988 to 1994, viewers were treated to Garfield’s relentless teasing of Odie, Nermal’s persistent irritation of Garfield, and John’s knack for embarrassing himself.
