Thank heavens for the HBO show “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and this lawyer on the right named Todd Melnik. The man on the left, Juan Catalan, was arrested for the death of a 16-year-old girl, who testified against a gang that included his brother, Mario Catalan.
Juan asserted that he was with his daughter watching a baseball game on the night of the crime and even showed ticket stubs. However, authorities continued to stay deaf to his pleas so he sought the help of this expert, who successfully proved his client’s whereabouts by unearthing an unused clip from the show to prove the man’s innocence.
