This Needs To Be Framed
For the uninitiated, the man on the left’s facial expression is already hilarious. However, if you know who these guys are, this is far funnier. This smirking person is late-night show host Jon Stuart, best known for his political satire. He also uses his program to roast government officials, and his long list included Mitch McConnell, the guy in a suit.
This is meaningful because it was shot before the Senate voted on the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Act renewal, which Stewart had been vocally supporting in the past months. McConnell, meanwhile, was accused of dragging his feet.
