Legends of the ’70s and ’80s: Iconic Celebrities Who Are Still Alive And Kicking!

Mindy Cohn – The Facts of Life

She might be best known for working as a voice actor in “Scooby-Doo” to voice the character of Velma Dinkley, but Charlotte Rae actually has deep-seated roots in acting that date back to the late ’70s. Before she became famous as a cast member for the “Scooby-Doo” franchise in 2002, the Los Angeles native got her start in 1979 with “The Facts of Life.”

Thanks to her iconic role as Natalie Green, a character she reprised in “The Facts of Life” from 1979 to 1988, Cohn made it to VH1’s “100 Greatest Kid Stars” list. In 2021, Cohn appeared in “Kill Cat Oakland” and “A Scooby-Doo Valentine Bouquet.”
