Heads Above the Rest: Blosom, the Sky-High Cow
Grabbing a spot in the 2016 Guinness World Records, Blosom was no ordinary cow. Standing at a towering 6’4″, this black and white bovine held her head high, breaking a century-old record by a spectacular 0.8 inches! However, Blosom was more than just her height.
Happily moo-ing away in her Orangeville, Illinois farm, all she really wanted were her daily oats and a good belly rub. Sadly, this gentle giant left us in 2015 after a tragic leg injury. Even so, Blosom continues to be a celebrated figure in the world of oversized cuties, proving that you can be a record-breaker and a heartbreaker all at once.
