Kate Beckinsale was born in 1973 in Middlesex, England, to actor parents Richard Beckinsale and Judy Loe. She made her film debut in 1993 while still studying at the University of Oxford. She debuted in Hollywood in the late ’90s, appearing in “Pearl Harbor” and “Serendipity.”
Further, with more prominent roles in action films like “Van Helsing”, and “Total Recall” she was critically acclaimed for her performance in “Love & Friendship” in 2016. Beckinsale shares a daughter with former partner Michael Sheen, but married director Len Wiseman in 2004, divorcing in 2019. The actress will next be seen in “The Prisoner’s Daughter.”
