Despite being worth $9 million, former speaker of the House Newt Gingrich lives in a home Business Insider described as “modest” in McLean, Virginia. Valued at a reported $995K during its purchase, it is a Colonial-style residence that offers 5,000 square feet of space.
While unassuming from the outside, its interiors are decked out in luxurious furnishings. According to the home’s designer Ann Kenkel, one of the home’s bathrooms has been outfitted with marble floors and even a chandelier. Although no longer in office, Gingrich remains active in politics and supported the Trump presidential bid in 2020.
