Dianne Feinstein – Lake Tahoe (Approx. $36 Million)
Senator Dianne Feinstein has served the state of California for three decades, so it’s no surprise that she’s invested some of her wealth in its real estate market, too. Together with her husband Richard Blum, she once owned a waterfront compound on Lake Tahoe.
The estate comes with a main home, which is decked out with all-wood interiors, as well as a 278-foot stretch of white sand beach. According to the New York Post, the couple first put it up for sale for $46 million in 2020 but ultimately sold it for $36 million in 2021.
