We have to admit, a bowl of cereal with a bit of milk makes a super quick and convenient breakfast. With that in mind, nutritionist Gisela Bouvier advises everyone to think twice and step away from that cereal box. The reason for this is because of the large amount of carbohydrates and sugar present in dry cereals.
An omelet with a cup of coffee takes longer to make but is much better for your health. Or maybe some food with complex carbohydrates and dense nutrients, like slow-cooked oatmeal or whole-grain toast with avocado.
