“I have a dream!” are the immortal words of Martin Luther King. Gary Neville has had his fair share too. Many he has made true, but not all. Neville, 45, imagined an £8million futuristic mansion that was carbon-neutral and had its own 130-foot wind turbine. This was 10 years ago, and the project has inspired riposts that call it the home of the Teletubbies.
In 2017, he decided to sell the 8,000-square-foot property, placing it on the market for £650K. The plans were eventually approved, but not all dreams need to come true, and Tinky-Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, and Po will not be disappointed.
