If you love watching game shows, you most probably know who Bob Barker is because of his impressive long run with the program called ‘The Price Is Right.’ He served in the United States Navy when the Second World War happened, but he wanted to focus on a broadcasting career after moving to California in the ’50s.
His first memorable gig was his radio show called ‘The Bob Barker Show,’ and then he made his game show debut with ‘Truth or Consequences.’ Barker doesn’t appear on TV anymore at 97 years old, for he announced his retirement in 2007. Throughout his entire career, he won nineteen Emmy Awards.
