Jason Mraz shows a compelling command of the English language in his songwriting. His ability to weave such profound lyrics has mainly contributed to his success as a musician. But when it comes to his personal orientation, the words weren’t always so forthcoming. He blames his conservative upbringing for his hesitance to broach the subject.
Still, things have changed for Mraz, who proclaimed an attraction to men and women in a 2018 letter to the LGBTQ+ community via “Billboard.” He asserts that he could explore and embrace his personal orientation during his relationship with his wife, Christina Carano. Mraz was a contestant in 2021 on the TV show “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.”
