Clive Davis–1932, Record producer, Cisgender

In 2000, music mogul Clive Davis was inducted into the rock and roll Hall of Fame to recognize his role in launching the careers of acts like Westlife, Whitney Houston, and many others. In his 2013 memoir, “The Soundtrack of My Life,” Davis acknowledged his attraction to men and women and revealed he’d had two-long term relationships with other men.

Davis has also addressed the misconceptions surrounding his personal orientation and insists he has never stopped being attracted to women. On the daytime talk show, “Katie,” he revealed that he hoped his revelation would lead to a greater understanding of LGBTQ+. In November 2021, Mayor Bill de Blasio recognized Davis by presenting him the keys to New York City.
