Geoffrey Rush is sort of royalty in the world of entertainment, you see. He’s won the so-called Triple Crown of Acting, having won an Oscar, a Tony, and an Emmy during his five-decade career. And as expected, that level of prestige also comes with a matching deck of pay.
The Australian Financial Review reports that Rush earned a cool $5 million from his work on the “Pirates Of The Caribbean” film franchise in 2015. And that’s not yet accounting for the other projects he had that year! Safe to say, he can afford to retire following his performance in 2019’s “Storm Boy” thanks to his $40 million fortune.
