Karl Stefanovic – $1.25 Million
Once Australia’s top-paid TV star brought home $2.5 million a year, Karl Stefanovic took a massive pay cut in 2020 that saw his base salary decrease to $1.25 million. We say down, but the “Today” co-host still undoubtedly earns an above-average amount compared to the regular full-time worker’s $90K a year.
Despite the change in his contract, Stefanovic continues to work for the Nine Network in 2021. He’s been with the company for over two decades, and we reckon he’s become loyal to it in those years. Besides, his lucrative gig also gives him plenty of time to spend with his four children, so no complaints there!
