Lynda Carter, 71, Born in 1951 – Wonder Woman
Long before everyone knew Gal Gadot as the ethereal heroine Wonder Woman, Linda Carter played the part in the ‘70s series. Not only are both ladies equally talented and gorgeous, but both were beauty queens before becoming actresses, too! The 71-year-old star was Miss World USA in 1972.
It was wonderful of director Patty Jenkins to pay homage to the original Wonder Woman by tapping her for a cameo in the 2020 film Wonder Woman 1984. As it turned out, the filmmaker wanted to include the Arizona native in the first movie, but the conflict in schedule became an issue.
