Kathleen Turner, 66, Born in 1954 – Body Heat
Kathleen Turner got her acting debut in the late ‘70s playing Nola Dancy Aldrich in the TV show The Doctors, but it was in 1981 when her star truly shone brightly. She landed the role of Matty Walker in the thriller Body Heat, which catapulted her to superstardom.
She went on to appear in several series like Friends, Stories from My Childhood, and Californication. Some of Turner’s film credits are Marley & Me and Julia and Julia. The 66-year-old, known for her gritty voice, played Ruth in the Netflix show The Kominsky Method, which also top-bills Michael Douglas.
