Don Johnson has many credits to his name, but nothing was as massive as Miami Vice, an ‘80s crime show that also set many fashion trends. He became synonymous with his character, a cop named Sonny Crockett, for which he won a Golden Globe award.
People loved the cool-looking guy from the show, and it seemed to work for him, so it wasn’t surprising that he landed another police role in the 1996 TV show Nash Bridges. It was a success that even after it ended in 2001, many fans clamored for a reboot. Their requests were heard as Johnson will be reprising his iconic role in a TV movie.
