Marion Ross, 92, Born in 1928 – Happy Days
When it comes to TV moms, one of the most memorable is Marion, Richie Cunningham’s mother in Happy Days. Actress Marion Ross gave life to the character, but even though the show was supposed to be a feel-good project, the atmosphere wasn’t happy behind the camera.
In her memoir, Ross revealed that her on-screen husband was particularly not fond of her but eventually warmed up to her. Nowadays, Ross is far from retiring as she had just finished filming for Senior Entourage. She also played Mrs. Grant in the series Please Tell Me I’m Adopted from 2017 to 2020.
