Warren Beatty – Beverly Hills, $6.995 Million
Warren Beatty is a successful man both in front and behind the camera. He joins the list of celebrities that lived in Beverly Hills, California. His former mansion was around 10,000 square feet, and it initially had an old-school design, but things changed once he sold it in 2012.
Jonathan Baker, a hotel owner and producer, bought it from him for $6.7 million. He then had $5 million worth of renovations done to transform it into a modern and trendy estate. Beatty has no upcoming roles, but sources say he will appear in Budd Schulberg’s forthcoming documentary.
