John Wayne became a legendary actor in Hollywood after giving outstanding performances in movies like True Grit and Stagecoach. This beautiful house above used to be his residence in California, but today, its modern look is all thanks to the renovations its latest owners had done.
Getting it remodeled undoubtedly increased its value, and they asked for about $3.95 million when they placed it on the market in 2013. Wayne was 72 years old when stomach cancer ended his life in 1979. His final movie role was in 1976’s The Shootist.
